Terms To Use Escroue.Com

Escroue.com ("Escroue.com," "we," or "us") provides global services, registered in the UK, with services in other regions managed by Internet Escroue.com Services Inc., a Manchester corporation. 

Understanding These Terms

 It's crucial to read and understand these General Escroue.com Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms replace any previously issued General Terms and Conditions and are now applicable to your use of Escroue.com services. The Terms are current as of the Effective Date and may change over time. In the event of changes, a new version will be posted on the Escroue.com website. You should regularly check the website for the most up-to-date Terms before using Escroue.com services. 

These Terms apply to both the Seller and Buyer (each a "Party" or "Underlying Party," and collectively "Parties" or "Underlying Parties") in any Escroue.com Transaction involving Escroue.com Services. The terms "You" and "Your" refer to the organization or individual you represent in connection with an Underlying Transaction as the Seller or Buyer, as applicable.

The Underlying Parties engage Escroue.com as an agent under these Terms and agree to all Escroue.com Terms of Service.

 1. Agreement to Conduct Transactions Electronically:

 By registering and participating in Escroue.com services, the Underlying Parties agree to conduct the Escroue.com Transaction electronically.

 2. Definitions and Interpretation

 Terms not defined elsewhere in the Escroue.com Terms of Service are defined below: 

- Account: An Escroue.com account for a Buyer or Seller, where payments are credited and debited. 

- Affiliate: An entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with Escroue.com. 

- Applicable Law: All relevant laws, regulations, payment network rules, and automated clearinghouse rules, along with any court orders or governmental directives affecting the Parties, services, or transactions. 

- Arbitration Commencement Period: The 14 days starting at the end of the Negotiation Period.

 - Business Day:  Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding legal holidays in San Francisco, California observed by Escroue.com.

 - Buyer: A person or entity intending to purchase personal property or services from a Seller through the Site.

 - Buyer Inspection Period: The period for Buyer to inspect the property, as specified herein. 

- Close of Escroue.com: Completion of the Escroue.com Transaction. 

- Dispute Date: The date of Seller’s rejection or return of Merchandise, Escroue.Com rejection of Merchandise on behalf of Seller, or notification of a dispute or breach related to these Terms or an Escroue.com Transaction.

 - Escroue.com Fees: Fees payable to Escroue.com for Services.

 - Escroue.com Funds: Funds held in Escroue.com.

 - Escroue.com Instructions: The entire set of instructions, terms, and details governing an Escroue.com Transaction.

 - Escroue.com Property: Funds or other items held in Escroue.com by Escroue.com. 

- Escroue.com Services: Transaction management and escrow services provided by Escroue.com. 

- Escroue.com Transaction: The portion of a transaction involving Escroue.com Services, including the holding and release of funds or property per the Escroue.com Instructions and Terms.

 - General Escroue.com Instructions: Instructions and terms published on the Site apply to all transactions.

 - Inspection Period: The period during which the Buyer or Seller must inspect the property, as applicable. 

- Merchandise: Tangible goods or property, including certain intangible goods like domain names, software, and intellectual property, approved by Escroue.com.

 - Milestone Transaction: Transactions relating to services provided by a Seller.

 - Negotiation Period: The 14 days beginning with the Dispute Date. - Parties: Escroue.com and the Underlying Parties.

 - Personal Property: Any movable thing or intangible item of value not recognized as real property. 

- Prohibited Transaction: Transactions or attempted transactions described in Section 5.

 - Seller: A person or entity offering property or services for sale using the Site.

 - Seller Inspection Period: The period for Seller to inspect the property, as specified herein.

 - Seller Services: Services offered for sale by a Seller, including physical or artistic labor, consultation, advice, and systems providing value other than tangible products. 

- Site: Escroue.Com website at www.Escroue.com. 

- Supplemental Escroue.com Instructions: Additional instructions or terms agreed upon by the Underlying Parties after the initial Transaction Instructions.

 - Transaction Detail Screens: Screens on the Site detailing the Underlying Transaction. 

- Transaction Escroue.com Instructions: Terms and conditions specific to an Underlying Transaction, as agreed upon by the Underlying Parties.

 - Underlying Parties: Buyer, Seller, and Broker (if applicable). 

- Underlying Transaction: The transaction between Buyer and Seller (if applicable) for the sale of Merchandise or services, managed through Escroue.com Services.

 - User: An individual or entity using the Site for an actual or proposed Underlying Transaction. 

General Provisions

 References to "discretion" mean Escroue.Com sole discretion, while "consent" requires prior written consent. "Including" means "including but not limited to." Singular terms include the projection of Paymentlural and vice versa as the context requires. Time references are to United States Pacific Time. References to Buyer and Seller include the Broker if authorized. Currency references are to U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. "Days" means Business Days unless stated otherwise. "Good faith" means honesty in the conduct concerned, measured subjectively. Communication must be in English. 

Refusal of Transactions

 Escroue.com may refuse to complete any transaction suspected of being unauthorized or in violation of Applicable Law or the Terms of Service. Users agree to indemnify Escroue.com and its agents for losses resulting from violations of the Terms of Service, including attempted Prohibited Transactions.

 Rejection of Payment

 Escroue.com is not liable if a financial institution fails to honor any transaction. Escroue.com may post and update operating rules or terms related to payment on the Site. 

General Conditions of Use

 If you access the Site through linked entities or third parties, you authorize the transfer of relevant data to Escroue.com. You must provide true, accurate, and complete information and update any material changes before completing a transaction. The person entering into these Terms represents they are authorized to do so and bind the User. To use Escroue.com Services, you must register for an Account on the Site and complete the service application. Upon receipt and acceptance of the application and related forms, including acceptance of the Terms of Service, Escroue.com will decide whether to accept or reject your application.
